LEGENDS OF VALORIA — Terms & Conditions (Terms of Service)

Effective date: 2026-10-08 Operator ("we", "us"): TZ Pvt Ltd, India Contact: support@triorazenith.com Game: LEGENDS OF VALORIA (project codename "Code Blue"), mobile bullet-heaven survival game for iOS and Android, built in Unity.

1. Acceptance of these terms

1.1. By installing, opening, or playing LEGENDS OF VALORIA (the "Game"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or play the Game. 1.2. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must read and accept these Terms on your behalf (§4). 1.3. We may update these Terms (see §15). Continued play after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance.

2. The game and your license

2.1. Limited license. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for private entertainment only. 2.2. No ownership of software. The Game, including code, art, audio, text, and the Valoria setting/characters, remains our property or that of our licensors (see §11). You may not copy, modify, decompile, datamine, redistribute, or create derivative works from it except as expressly permitted by the app stores' standard terms. 2.3. Core game is free. The full gameplay loop — runs, all 5 Regions and 50 launch levels, difficulty modes, Ability Tree, armour/pet progression — is playable without paying. Paid offerings accelerate progress, add choice, or add vanity content; they never gate core content (§6.4).

3. Accounts

3.1. Guest play. You may play as a guest without registering. 3.2. Linked accounts. You may optionally create an account with a player name and password (authenticated via our backend provider; see md/home logic.md account model). Your local profile carries a stable internal account id used for cloud save, leaderboard, and purchase records. 3.3. Your responsibility. Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including purchases. Tell us promptly at support@triorazenith.com if you suspect unauthorized use. 3.4. One account per player. Selling, trading, gifting, or sharing accounts is prohibited. 3.5. Cloud save. Linked accounts sync progress to the cloud automatically (e.g. at run end). Guest progress lives only on the device — uninstalling or losing the device without linking permanently loses guest progress. An internet connection is required for account sync and first boot. 3.6. Account deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time via the in-game settings/account screen or by emailing support@triorazenith.com from the address associated with the account. Deletion is permanent: characters, currencies, items, and leaderboard entries tied to the account are removed subject to §14.3.

4. Age requirements and minors

4.1. Minimum age 13. The Game is intended for players aged 13 and older. Children under 13 may not create accounts or make purchases. 4.2. Parental responsibility. A parent or guardian who permits a minor aged 13+ to play accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf and is responsible for the minor's activity, including any purchases (use platform parental controls and purchase authentication). 4.3. No targeting of children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (COPPA / GDPR-K). If we learn such data was provided, we will delete the account and data. Personalized advertising consent flows apply where required (EEA/UK).

5. Virtual items — currencies and goods have no monetary value

5.1. Virtual items defined. "Virtual Items" means everything usable inside the Game that is not legal tender: Guild Coins (soft currency), Arcane Gems (hard currency), Energy, Keys, chests/crates and their contents, Aether Ingots, armour, pets, weapon/Art shards and stars, ability nodes, gacha pulls, battle-pass rewards, and cosmetic skins. 5.2. License, not property. Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold. You receive a limited right to use them inside the Game while your account is in good standing. They have no cash or real-world value, earn no interest, are non-transferable (no sale, trade, gift, or exchange inside or outside the Game), and are not redeemable for money, goods, or services. 5.3. No refunds on spent items. Once a Virtual Item is consumed, opened, merged, or spent (including gacha pulls and spins), the outcome stands. Accidental-spend claims are handled case-by-case and granted solely at our discretion (§7.5). 5.4. Adjustments. We may adjust earn rates, costs, odds tables, and caps via live configuration without notice where needed for game health (§9); see also §6.5 on pricing.

6. Monetization — what you can pay for

6.1. In-app purchases (IAP). The following are sold for real money through Apple App Store / Google Play (all billing, charging, and refunds are processed by the platform — §7):

6.2. Gem-spend rules (in-game). Gems buy chests only up to Epic; Gold buys Rare and Epic chests only; Legendary chests are never purchasable (earned by clearing Impossible); Mythic armour comes only from Mythic Chests or forging 3 same-slot Aether Ingots from the Draw. These boundaries are part of the fair-play commitment in §6.4. 6.3. Gacha and odds transparency. All randomized purchases show their published odds in-app before you pay (store policy + game.md §4.3): character/weapon gacha base odds Common 60% / Rare 30% / Epic 8% / Legendary 2%, with soft pity from pull 41, hard Epic+ pity by pull 50, and a separate lifetime Legendary guarantee once per 200 pulls (economy.md §5). Draw spin odds incl. 0.96% Aether Ingot and 0.04% Mythic Chest jackpot, and pet-chest level odds, are likewise published in-app. Odds tables may be tuned live (§9); current odds always display in the purchase screen. 6.4. Fair-play commitments. (a) No core content is paywalled — every character is earnable through free play within a reasonable timeframe. (b) No forced interstitial ads during active gameplay — ads are opt-in rewarded placements only (revive, double rewards, energy refill, bonus pull). (c) No more than one limited-time purchase prompt per session. (d) Battle-pass grace handling for returning players as described in-game. 6.5. Prices and taxes. Prices display inclusive of applicable taxes where the platform requires. We may change prices with reasonable notice; a price change never applies retroactively to completed purchases.

7. Billing, receipts, and refunds

7.1. Platform seller. Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) is the seller of record for IAP. Your payment method, invoicing, and chargebacks are governed by the platform's terms. 7.2. Server-side validation. Every purchase is validated server-side before Gems/items are granted. If validation fails (invalid, duplicate, or fraudulent receipt), nothing is granted and no charge is kept by us — any charge dispute goes through the platform. 7.3. Pending and failed transactions. Interrupted or pending transactions resolve per platform state: granted only after the platform confirms payment. Duplicate grants caused by retries may be corrected by removing the duplicate Virtual Items. 7.4. Refunds. Refund requests must go to Apple / Google under their policies; we cannot refund platform-billed purchases directly. Where a platform refunds a purchase, we will remove the corresponding Virtual Items (or equivalent value) from the account, which may result in a negative Gem balance to be repaid through play — abusing refunds to keep items and reclaim money is treated as fraud (§8.2). 7.5. Accidental purchases. Contact support@triorazenith.com within 14 days; we review case-by-case but platform refund policy prevails for billed amounts.

8. Fair play and prohibited conduct

8.1. Play fair. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play (bots, macros, emulators with scripting), manipulate timers/clocks, tamper with save files or network traffic, sell accounts or Virtual Items, or interfere with other players' experience (offensive names, leaderboard manipulation). 8.2. Enforcement. Violations may lead to removal of illegitimate items/progress, leaderboard disqualification, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, proportionate to the abuse. Tampered local saves are quarantined and reset per our integrity checks. Chargeback fraud leads to termination. 8.3. Appeals. Enforcement decisions may be appealed once via support@triorazenith.com; we review in good faith.

9. Live service, events, and changes to the game

9.1. Live-ops nature. The Game is a live service: seasons, events, featured Draw Mythics, calendars, quests, and balance values (drop rates, energy caps, pricing, difficulty tuning) change over time, primarily via remote configuration without an app update (content-update-pipeline.md). 9.2. Content availability. Seasonal/event content is time-limited by design. We may add, modify, suspend, or retire features, items, or events; retired paid-track benefits are handled per §9.3. 9.3. Discontinuation. If the Game or a paid feature (e.g. Battle Pass seasons) is permanently discontinued, we will give reasonable in-game notice. Prepaid but undelivered season content will be compensated with equivalent Virtual Items where technically feasible; statutory rights are unaffected. 9.4. Service interruptions. Maintenance, backend outages, or platform issues may interrupt play or sync. Runs completed offline apply locally and sync on reconnect where possible; we are not liable for progress lost due to guest play on a lost/wiped device (§3.5).

10. Energy, ads, and gameplay gating

10.1. Energy system. Each run costs 5 Energy; daily claim +30 (may overflow the 60 cap, e.g. 90/60); slow passive regen; out of Energy you may wait, watch opt-in ads (capped/day), or spend 20 Gems for +30 (economy.md §4). Energy rules are tunable live (§9.1) and always shown in-game. 10.2. Rewarded ads. Ads are provided via our ads partner (Google AdMob) and are strictly opt-in; rewards grant only on completed views. Ad personalization follows your consent choices (UMP consent flow where applicable) and the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property and third-party content

11.1. Our IP. The Game's code, design, Valoria setting, characters, text, and original art/audio are owned by TZ Pvt Ltd or licensed to us. All rights reserved. 11.2. Third-party attributions. The Game uses third-party assets under their licenses, credited in-game or in project credits: Helton Yan Pixel Combat SFX (CC-BY 4.0), Shikashi/Matt Firth Fantasy Icons (CC-BY 4.0), SrZolda Magic Summons (CC-BY 4.0), d3velopp Thunder VFX, 32rogues (Seth Boyles), CraftPix packs, 0x72 DungeonTileset II (CC0), and others listed in CREDITS.md. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights in third-party content beyond playing the Game. 11.3. Feedback. Suggestions you send us may be used without compensation or attribution.

12. Health, safety, and device use

12.1. Take regular breaks; stop playing if you experience discomfort, dizziness, or eye strain. The Game contains flashing lights and fast motion — players with photosensitive conditions should exercise caution. 12.2. Do not play while driving or in situations requiring full attention. You are responsible for data/battery/bandwidth costs of playing.

13. Liability, warranty, and indemnity

13.1. As-is service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind (availability, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose). 13.2. Liability cap. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Game is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to us via IAP in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) INR 5,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost progress on guest accounts). 13.3. No exclusion of statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited under the laws of India / your country of residence, including for death/personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. 13.4. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Game.

14. Term, termination, and data

14.1. These Terms apply from first play until terminated. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling and (for linked accounts) requesting deletion (§3.6). 14.2. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach (§8) or discontinue the Game (§9.3). 14.3. Effect of termination. Your license ends; Virtual Items are forfeited without compensation (they were licensed, §5.2). We retain records only as required by law, fraud prevention, and tax/accounting obligations, per the Privacy Policy. 14.4. Privacy. Data handling (identifiers, cloud saves, analytics, crash reports, ad consent) is governed by the Privacy Policy. GDPR/COPPA-compliant consent flows apply where required.

15. Changes to these terms

15.1. We may amend these Terms to reflect game, legal, or business changes. Material changes will be notified in-game and/or via the store listing with reasonable advance notice; the current version always shows its effective date at the top. 15.2. Continued play after the new effective date means acceptance. If you disagree, stop playing and request account deletion before the change takes effect.

16. Governing law and disputes

16.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India (excluding conflict-of-law rules), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence (including EU/UK consumers where applicable). 16.2. Contact support@triorazenith.com first for any dispute — most issues resolve with a support review. If unresolved, disputes go to the competent courts of India unless mandatory law gives you another forum. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

17. General provisions

17.1. Entire agreement. These Terms plus the Privacy Policy and platform terms constitute the entire agreement for the Game. 17.2. Severability. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. 17.3. No waiver. Failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver of it. 17.4. Assignment. You may not assign your account or rights; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale with notice. 17.5. Language. These Terms are drafted in English; translations are for convenience and the English version prevails in case of conflict.
